What a great house! This 1899 Queen Anne house is perched on Sunset Hill looking over the Cape Fear River in historic downtown Wilmington, NC. This happy place was home to parties, fundraisers, art shows, fashion shows, Chamber Music Wilmington Salons, The River Inn B&B, and to Richard and me! Ahhh the sweet memories!
